Step 1: Request a Pilot (Optional but Recommended)
Submit an inquiry to explore a Hope Booth pilot in your hospital or campus. Our team will review your space, goals, and program needs to determine the best installation approach. A pilot is not required for institutional installations!

Step 2: Determine Location & Program Scope
We work with you to select the optimal installation location and customize the program to meet staff, patient, or student engagement objectives. This includes content updates, reporting, and operational support.

Step 3: Installation & Program Launch
Once approved, we handle shipping, installation, and setup, and provide training and ongoing support. Pilots include reporting to measure engagement and outcomes.
